Eligible Returns
Returns are only accepted if:
- Wrong or damaged product received
- Complaint raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video is provided
Resolution
- Free replacement
- Or store credit (if stock unavailable)
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days, subject to approval.
